Adding new accounts (Q Mac)
I clicked add account. Then asked me which financial Institution. I typed in Charles Schwab, took me to box that says sign in. I clicked sign in and it just spins and goes no where. I've tried this all weekend long, nothing. Can't add an account, just won't connect.

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. Are you experiencing this issue across multiple different financial institutions or just with Charles Schwab? Do you receive any error codes or messages? How long has this issue been occurring?
