Where can I find answers about quicken-Wells Fargo download problems?

Site just says they are working on an issue...sees like for months on and off. What is a work-around [Removed-Disruptive]? And who at quicken is taking any responsibility? Yes, I'm mad.

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with Wells Fargo? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly is occurring when attempting to download transactions?
