Ally Bank- "Oops. We're Having a problem." CC-501

Since the last update, R50.8, I have been unable to connect to Ally Bank. I had a similar problem with a couple of other institutions, but I was able to resolve those. Nothing I try seems to enable the connection with Ally. The message I get is Oops. We're having a problem CC-501. Anyone have any ideas on this?

    Hello @Frustrated in Texas,

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

A CC-501 error occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to the bank to receive transaction information. This could be caused by something on the bank's end blocking Quicken from connecting. In some cases, Quicken Support may need to escalate the issue. You may follow this link to access a FAQ that discusses this error message in more detail.

    I hope this helps!
