Can't connect Northwestern Mutual Money Market account?

Hello! Wondering if anyone has a solution to this. I use Quicken for Mac. I have connected my Northwestern Mutual account, and Quicken is appropriately downloading the information for my stock investments. However it does not even recognize the existence of my money market account?

Secondary: I also have life insurance products through NW, that serve as investments. Is there any way to track the value of these in Quicken Mac? .

    To start with, I recommend creating a new (test) file and try adding the accounts in question to the test file to see if you receive the same result. If needed, please, review this support article for instructions on how to create a new file and how to switch back to your original file after.
