CC-503 error when trying to add UBS Wealth Mgt Account

I've made several attempts to add my UBS Wealth Mgt account and each time getting the same cc-503 error. I've contacted UBS and they've directed me back to Quicken.

Has anyone successful added their UBS Wealth Mgt account?
