Password changes
Hi there - can anyone guide me with this. I'm going around in circles.
I have changed my Capital credit card password on the bank website. How do I add this to Quicken so I can download again. Password vault seems the obvious place but I can't edit there. It just says "not required". I tried in one step update and clicked the gold key but that refers me to the banks secure identification system.
Can anyone guide me to that please?

The easiest way to update your bank password in Quicken is to deactivate the account from Online Services and then reactivate the account through Add Account.
Please, follow the steps found in this support article to deactivate. Once deactivated, to reactivate through Add Account, navigate to Tools > Add Account..., search for your Financial Institution name and follow the prompts to connect. Once your account(s) have been found, be sure to link them to the existing account(s) you have already set up in Quicken.
