PNC web connect changes killed transaction downloads

I can't downloaded PNC transactions to my credit card accounts. I have no program with my PNC bank accounts. I tried using "set up online" and the "tools""account list""activate downloads" and the "account details""online services""set up now" as well as the instructions emailed from Quicken. None work. Quicken will pull up a tab in my browser to PNC and I then authorize PNC to talk with Quicken. Quicken shows "sign into pnc bank - web connect bank" and spins the wait icon for several minutes. After this long wait, it times out. What do I need to do to my PNC credit card transactions?! I have no problems with my other credit card accounts.

After 2 hours of troubleshooting on my own, I fixed it. Since I didn't record all the steps, I'm not sure how I corrected it.
