Shortcut to Delete Attachments

I use attachments for manual transactions, particularly when leaving a tip at a restaurant. It's been helpful for the occasional waitstaff who takes it upon themselves to add more to my already generous tip.

Since there's a lifespan to the usefulness of attachments like these, I'd like an easy way to do some cleanup, considering it's not a routine maintenance task that I perform.

Can someone suggest something easier than opening each transaction, clicking the attachment tab and then deleting? Doing it this way, takes me back to the full list of transactions, when I'd rather stay in that view or select a large number of transactions and delete all of the attachments.

Thank you

Sorry, Nope … that's the only way. One of the many drawbacks of attachments

If you just want these attachments short-term, it seems to me it would be much easier just to place them in a folder on your Desktop or in your Documents folder, so you can quickly access them and delete them as appropriate. It would probably help if you rename the receipts in a standard format starting with the date — e.g. "2023/06/18 Applebees" — so they appear in date order and are easy to delete every so often.
