Citibank Cards Not Connecting
Two of my cards, Home Depot and Best Buy, which both happen to be issued by Citibank, haven't been connecting for a couple of weeks. I've tried deleting and adding, but that's not the trick. Is there a known issue with Citi? Thanks!

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with CitiBank? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type. Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions?
