Biller Won't Go Away

IN Windows 11 Quicken R50.8, I attempted to initiate a new biller, PNM. PNM exists on the list of online billers. The hourglass spun for awhile and eventually it downloaded Palo Alto Medical Foundation. That created an error and now Palo Alto Medical Foundation is in the "needs attention" row. There is no way that I will ever pay a dime to Palo Alto Medical Foundation and I want it to go away. However, there is no [delete] button. How do I make it disappear forever?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.

In order to remove an Online Biller, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab, then click the Gear-icon on the top-right and select Manage Online Biller (see below).

Then, the downward arrow next to the Online Biller name you wish to remove, click Edit Password, and click Remove in the dropdown menu (see example below).
