New Fidelity accounts have zero balances when they shouldn't
I opened two new IRA account with Fidelity and added those new accounts, however on Q4M they have a zero balance but both have funds online. Q4M found the accounts, added them and after multiple updates (over days) the balance hasn't change. I even deleted all my Fidelity accounts and readied and same issue. The Q4M institution is Fidelity Investments Mac and the connection type is Direct Connect. Any suggestions on why the balances aren't being updated/matched to what is online?

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the Fidelity accounts to see if the same issue occurs with the balance. You can create a test file by navigating to File > New > Start from Scratch. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
