Another Citi Visa download problem

For the last two days I've gotten error FDP-102 when trying to download transactions from my Costco Anywhere Visa card. This is different from the errors that seemed to resolve last fall. I have had to import manually from the Citibank website.

Is there a resolution to this problem, too?
