When I sync to my checking account data from the bank, Quicken only imports what is visible on the banks site (March '22 - June 24 '22) even though the full years transactions are available by scrolling.
What should I do?
Thanks for your help.

How to download older transactions (Q Windows only)
Depending on how much data the banks offer, you may be able to download older transactions from most banks. Here's more about how to do it:
When a download is initiated from Q, 90 days of data is the usual limit, which is imposed by the bank.
Go to the website and see if you can initiate a longer download from there.
Thanks so much for the help. What is happening is the bank wants to transfer the data as either CSV, PDF or Excel. When I'm in Q and try to import the Excel file Q doesn't see it no matter where I place the file.
Check out ImportQIF by QuicknPerlWiz, it is free and will convert the .CSV file into .QIF for import into Quicken.
Work great, I personally use it myself.
Thanks so much for your prompt response. I was able to get help from the bank and discovered how to download using QFX format.
what bank ?
what was different to get to the downloading of the QFX file with getting a date range ?
BTW - just a nit on terminology - you DOWNLOAD data transactions from your bank - not "sync" - which has a different meaning within the Quicken world -
When I sync to my checking account data from the bank,
I found a link to Quicken under Service Requests, under My Account Info. Which allowed me to sign up for future updates in the Quicken format. This through Winchester CoOp Bank in MA. Thanks for the heads up on term.
guessing this is the bank named entry you have created in Quicken
If you are using the Direct Connect protocol - this also allows you to use your bank to SEND payments directly from Quicken.
