I have paypal and quicken

When I do the online download for paypal, it gives me the online balance but hasn't given me the individual charges and credits since June. I know there was a problem for awhile even getting online with the quicken servers for this account but that seems to be solved. Any help on this or anyone else experiencing the same thing. Only this account. Others are operating properly.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. What kind of PayPal account is this (regular PayPal account, PayPal credit, etc)? When in June did the issue start? Are you getting any error messages/error codes? What does the One Step Update Summary show for your PayPal account?

    It is not a PayPal credit card. It is just a regular PayPal account with 6 months to pay on over $100. June 13th was the last full download. One step update changes the online balance but never downloads the individual charges and credits since then. No errors codes or message. I've deactivated and reactivated and same

    If this is a regular PayPal account and not a PayPal credit or crypto account, then the first thing you would want to verify is that you are using the correct connection in your Quicken. With PayPal, you have 2 choices. PayPal for regular PayPal accounts and PayPal Credit, MasterCard, and Crypto for the other types of PayPal accounts.

    To verify which one you are currently connected to, go to Tools>Account List, then click the Edit button next to the account. On the Online Services tab, it will show you which Financial Institution you are connected to.

    If it is showing connected to PayPal Credit, MasterCard, and Crypto, then I would recommend that you backup your file, deactivate the account, then reconnect the account by going to Tools>Add Account, selecting PayPal for the financial institution, and following the prompts.
