American Express Savings New Connection Method
After updating my credentials (user Name + PW) at the Amex website Quicken for Mac can no longer connect to AMEX. After changing my credentials I tried to update Quicken by first deactivating my AMEX accounts but found that I couldn't reactivate them. After spending hours with Quicken support (they blamed AMEX) I found a Quicken support articles which says "DO NOT DEACTIVATE AND REACTIVATE YOUR AMERICAN EXPRESS ACCOUNTS". The article does not tell you what to do if you didn't listen to this warning. I am wondering if this is the cause of my problem. QUICKEN please comment.
