Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Why are you having to reset your Ally accounts in order to get it to download? Are you getting any error messages and/or error codes? If not, then what is happening that causes you to reset the accounts? Since the Opening Balance is a calculated value, it is possible that resetting the accounts can cause that value to change. Is there any pattern to when the deleted category reappears (such as immediately after a download)?
