Citibank CC-502
Am I to understand athat the CC-502 error with Citibank is not going to be corrected so we are forced to use the work around?

I have this same CC-502 error with Citibank and have the same question for Quicken support. This has been going on for months with no update since the beginning of this year:
And now I'm getting an error with Discover accounts which is another "Ongoing" problem with no ETA:
The only reason I have to renew my subscription is to update my online accounts. I am now having to manually keep these accounts up to date, so at this rate I'm paying for nothing an am considering not renewing.

Another user posted a solution back in September 2022 (updated in November) that I just tried and it worked for me. 😀 I hope it works for you too. I wish I could thank the poster but the discussion is closed.

Bless you! This worked for me! I guess we should be paying you our subscription fees! 😁 How is it that Quicken support is unable to at least suggest this fix, instead of having the problem continue to be "ongoing" with no end in sight?
Hopefully, the fix will "stick."
