Vanguard only supports Simple Investment Tracking?

I cannot get Vanguard to link to my accounts other than with Simple Investment Tracking, which does not provide details of individual transactions. This started when I had to change my accounts from Vanguard to Vanguard - Personal Investor. Anyone figured out how to get around this? Moving the account back to Vanguard doesn't help. My Vanguard advisor forwards my emails to his tech support, but this so far has made no difference.

    Which connection type are you using to connect (Quicken Connect or Direct Connect)? You can check this by navigating to Settings > Downloads.
