Investment Register Entry

Why can't you enter your investment transactions the same way as credit card or banking transactions using the enter key. I always have to use my mouse and click on enter to record the entry.

    Are you using the entry dialogue box? Or just entering directly into the register?

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

    That's odd. I just entered a test transaction and was able to record it by pressing the Enter key.

    What kind of transaction are you typing in (so I can try to reproduce the situation)?

    Can you please capture one or more images of the new transaction line in your register showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?

    Please save images to files of file type PNG, JPG, or GIF only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.
