    Hello @Lawmed2003,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. What is happening when you try to add these billers? Are you getting any error messages? Is this your first time trying to add them, or were they previously connected/working and got disconnected? When did you first notice the issue? Which version of Quicken are you using (you can check by going to Help>About Quicken)?

    Thank you.

I have deleted account and added several times Continue to get the "Still connecting to your biller" Never connects after a week. Same with DirectTV.

While this is being worked on behind the scenes …

I don't use Quicken Bill pay. If Quicken cannot even retrieve the bill no confidence in the ability of other services to work properly. Have to admit, not been impressed with Quicken to date. Not lived up to the hype or cost for me.

About your Bill Pay / Bill Manager issues

My 2cents' worth, if I may:

I don't use Bill Pay services or Bill Manager at all, neither the one from Quicken nor the one offered by my bank. Since time "B.I." (before the Internet was invented) I have set up almost all of my recurring payments as Direct Debit, PAC Draft, Autopay, APS, whatever the biller calls it. Using the biller's website, I authorized the biller to electronically debit each payment directly from my checking or credit card account on due date. Now I can sit back, relax and wait for it to happen. Instead of having to arm-wrestle Bill Manager into making payment on time I let the biller do all the work for me.

When I get notified of a new statement having arrived, usually by email, all I have to do in Quicken is to run a regular scheduled reminder to record the transaction. Haven't missed a payment in many years.

I recommend you do the same instead of fighting the Bill Manager windmill and, while doing so, missing payments and getting slapped with penalty interest rates or late fees.

Then why pay for Quicken? The biller is listed with quicken so when I add it, then it should work. That is what I paid for. I should not have to find a work around to make the product work properly. I bought quicken to automatically do what I was doing manually.
