Ally Bank Code
Hi. For the past couple of weeks, I have been required to enter a 6 digit code for Ally Bank each time I do One Step Update. This has never happened to me before. In addition, the text message with the code says it is from Wells Fargo, but the code does work. Any help would be appreciated.

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with Ally Bank? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. Do you receive any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs? Did this begin after a recent update?
