Issues with JC Penny and PNC

I'm having the same problem with several accounts. JCPenny and PNC CC accounts to name a few. The problem appears to have started around June 30th or July 1st. Discover is downloading ok and PNC checking account is dowloading ok. No error messages. If you go the account lists and look at last date downloaded you can see accounts that are not downloading.

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. Which financial institution(s) are you experiencing this with? What is the connection method? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. When did this issue begin to occur? After a recent update? If so, which update? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions?
