Navy Federal Credit Union Not Updating
I have received two case numbers regarding this issue, but my account has not downloaded since February 2023. What is Quicken doing to rectify this problem. My Version is R50.16. Nothing support does works. Any suggestions regarding another program similar to Quicken I can use? Are they reimbursing us?

Same here. Will connect with my NF and goes through the process but no transactions are downloading. Was working just fine prior to last update.
