Financial Community Connection Errors
When we try to download we get this message "Financial Community Connection Errors". I'm pretty sure that the problem is that our Quicken Account has an old ID and Password. How do I change the Id and Password on Quicken to mirror the ID and Password on our financial community?

Hello @Jbs1111,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though we apologize that you are experiencing this.
To update the username and password in Quicken, you will simply need to deactivate and reactivate the account(s) associated with this financial institution.
Please, follow the steps found in this support article to deactivate. Once deactivated, to reactivate, navigate to Tools > Add Account..., search for the Financial Institution name, and follow the prompts to connect. Once your account(s) have been found, be sure to link them to the existing account(s) you have already set up in Quicken.
Hope this helps!-Quicken Anja
