Attachments to Transactions, Left-Clicking "Eyeball" Icon Opens Acrobat Reader but No Document

Quicken Premier

I have an attachment to an entry. I left-click the paperclip icon in the ledger and I see a preview of the attachment. When I mouse-over the preview, it turns gray and I see over it a white eyeball icon. When I left click the eyeball, Adobe Reader opens a blank instance. My document is not displayed by Adobe Reader.

I can open other PDF files from any folder on my computer. I can also export the attachment as a JPG and view it.

What happened to the "view attachment" function in Quicken?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. When did you first notice this issue? Does it happen with all of your .pdf attachments, or just some? Does this happen with newly added .pdf attachments? Does the same problem happen with any other format, or just .pdf?
