Delete "orphaned" Bill Pay companies

I have Quicken Premier for Windows - Version R50.16, Build 27.1.50.16. When the link to Bank of America was dropped several months ago, I could not delete the listing in the Bills and Income tab. Today there was a message that the link has been repaired, so I allowed that to happen, but instead of repairing the original listing, it added another. So I still need to delete the original listing.

In addition, I have an "orphaned" listing for a bill dating back to a due date of March 2023. This is a QuickPay bill, and the current bill is also shown. When I look at the "Manage Bills and Income" list, this orphaned item is not listed.

So how can I delete these two unnecessary entries in my bills?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

To start with, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers first, then see if it will allow you to remove the online billers you wish to delete. However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.

Once that is done, to remove the online billers; in the Bills & Income tab, please navigate to the Settings gear icon on the top-right, and select Manage Online billers. From there, in the Actions column, click on the downward arrow next to Edit Password and click Remove (see example below).
