venmo credit card downloads
Is there anyway to interface with Venmo Credit Card (Synchrony Bank) with Quicken?
I can't get an answer from them directly. Venmo and Syn Bank have terrible phone systems and agents can't answer this basic question. Any help would be appreciated.

Just like I do with other Credit Card companies (Cap One, BankofAM). I created an account and pw that is linked to my CC no.. I login to bank web and do payments. I interface with Quicken via add New Account / CC. When I try and select SyBk, Quicken asks for the ID and pw with the selected bank. In this case Synchrony bank. I put my Venmo ID and pw and it stops there and doesn't create account in Quicken. I assume that Sy Bk doesn't use Venmo ID and PW. I see no where on SyBk web site where I can create an account. After calling them multiply times, no one's able to help. I figured that you might know whether Quicken supports SyBk as it relates to Venmo. I'm thinking that Venmo /SyBk only works via their app on Iphone and not via Quicken like the other CCs.

Do you receive any error codes or messages after attempting to input your credentials in the Synchrony instance?
Have you attempted to log in using the Venmo instance? (See screenshot below)

I have a Venmo account and a Venmo credit card. Most often I choose the credit card to fund payment when I don't have a positive balance in Venmo. However, Quicken doesn't distinguish between the credit card and the Venmo account. It treats credit card payments as debits, not credits (with a minus sign), and does not reflect a true balance. What am I doing wrong and do I have to manually enter Venmo transactions. Does Quicken employ double entry?
