I am trying to add my TresuryDirect account to Quicken (Windows, latest version, Premium). I enter my account number and password. I then get an email from TreasuryDirect with a onetime passcode and when Quicken asks, I enter that. After some searching, Quicken comes back with CC-501 error. It says "We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to connect to the Quicken servers at this time. Do not contact Commerce Bank - TreasuryDirect for assitance. They cannot fix this problem." I tried this yesterday, then today and get the same error. What is going on?
I've been using Quicken since the early 90's and had a TreasuryDirect account in the 90's but recently reactivated it.
