Why are my accounts gone periodically and I have to restore from backup and re-sync institutions?
This has happened three times to me. New day and I go to open the books and it says no accounts. i have to get from backup and then re-sync with my financial institutions. it just happened again and before just fixing it, I want to find out if there is a way to stop this or something I don't know. Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. How are you opening your Quicken? Are you opening from the Task Bar (usually at the bottom of the computer screen), opening from the start menu, or double clicking a shortcut on your desktop or in a folder? Is there a pattern to when this happens (for example, does it happen after your Quicken program updates)?
