After months of not being able to download from Payflex, I received a noticed that the issue was resolved. However after trying to set up on line services, closing Quicken and restarting, trying to add a new account, and retrying to set up, I am still getting the same error that Payflex is not allowing communication with Quicken.
So is it resolved and working? Or is it resolved in that it will not be reactivated and available?
