Web Connect+ Problem With Multiple Accounts
I am using Quicken Deluxe vR50.16 Build 27.1.50.16 subscription on Windows.
I have a checking account and a savings account with USAA Federal Savings bank, but they are under separate and different login accounts at the same bank. When I update, one account always comes up needing reauthorization. When I reauthorize that account and "link to existing" register in Quicken and "do not add" other accounts (like a Credit card for example), the opposite account that is not in that list, because it is in a separate login at USAA, becomes deactivated because it was not found. I repeat this process for that now deactivated register in Quicken, and the opposite USAA account becomes deactivated because now it is not in the login account list for that different USAA account…I am caught in a vicious circle….Authorizing one deactivates the register in Quicken for the other.

Kristina,
I believe I found my problem, though I don't know how it suddenly happened. It seems, One-Step Update somehow consolidated the two different logins for USAA Federal Savings Bank into one entry in the One-Step Update Password Vault vice two separate and distinct login/passwords with their associated separate and distinct authorizations.
I went through the laborious process of adding those accounts again separately and then copying the historical entries from the old accounts into the new account…sure Support will probably tell there was an easier way to do this, but this brute force method worked…so far. Creating the individual registers in Quicken separately with their own authorization has created two entries in the Password Vault. I'm thinking (hoping) this should work.
As to why after months of using One-Step Update with the new USAA Web Connect+ it suddenly consolidated the the logins is beyond me…???

Thank you for your reply,
I'm glad to hear you found a solution that worked. If you were prompted to reset or reauthorize an account, and all accounts are visible under both login IDs, that could have caused it (When all accounts are visible under both User IDs, the accounts for which it is the Primary User ID will work and the ones for which it is seen as an Authorized User ID will not work since authorized users don't have permissions to download into Quicken).
Thank you.
