Have tried resetting the account but that also errors out. Same for adding an account from Fidelity. Anyone know about this issue?

    Hi Anja,

Reviewed the support article - everything looks good on my end. Here are a few more details:

    1. I am on the latest version of Quicken for Windows - R50.16

    2. All Banking accounts update as expected (checking, savings, credit cards, etc.)

    3. All Investment accounts are not updating transactions nor daily prices (quotes). Accounts include Fidelity and Hewitt/Alight

    4. Last successful update of investment transactions was 7/11. Starting 7/12 I have received OL-297 errors.

    5. I have tried resetting an Investment account (Account Details>Online Services tab). I receive a connectivity error message.

    6. I have tried One Step Update - and Update Transactions via the register. Both receive OL-297 errors.

I am out of ideas. Any suggestions.

    Frank
