How do I get Reconcile to run?

When I try to reconcile my accounts with cleared and uncleared transactions that are not reconciled, I get the message that there are no unreconciled transactions. There are over 30 unreconciled transactions. How do I fix this?

    Have you checked your ending statement date? Is it later than all the uncleared transaction dates?

    Hello @OldPirate,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. When you reconcile, are you comparing to Online Balance, or to the Statement Balance? If you're using the Statement balance, then, as @Volcano stated, Quicken will look at unreconciled transactions up to that ending statement date. Anything that happened after that date would not be included in the reconcile. If you'd like more information, I'd recommend reviewing this article.
