FDP 102 - Citi accounts - QMac (edit)

I have been having issues with downloading from my Citi accounts and from Citi cards on and off for months. now it has stopped connecting with my Mac completely, and all I get is to call quicken help code FDP 102. quicken says they are working on it with Citi, Citi tells me it is a Quicken problem? Is my only solution to transfer to a different bank?
