Hello @jimboa607,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. To assist, we need more information. Are you getting any error messages or error codes when you try to update? If so, what errors are you getting? What kind of account(s) are you trying to update? When did you first notice this issue? Which version of Quicken were you using when the issue started?
Thank you.

I deactivated that account. Trying to reactivate it, get an error code CC502 - connection problem. Below that, it says the website is temporarily down. It has been saying this for well over a month.
This is a Citibank credit card. I first noticed this a few months ago. I talked to Citibank, and they say the problem is on Quicken's end. I am using Home, Business, and Rental Property.

Thank you for your reply,
With Citibank credit cards, there is a work around that works for most people. First, backup your Quicken file. Then, deactivate any Citibank credit cards that are connected in your Quicken. To reconnect the account(s), go to Tools>Add Account. Instead of choosing Citibank, select Citi Cards. Select Advanced Options.
Select Direct Connect, then click Next.
Follow the prompts to reconnect your account(s). Note: For Direct Connect, you will need to authorize through Citi's website. Please refer to this FAQ for more information.
I hope this helps!
