Setting up husband and wife Chase accounts... stopped working at some point

I have one business login with Checking and 3 person and 1 biz card.

Wife has checking, savings, 1 card

Worked fine for the longest time… but noticed my account didn't update in July. I tried resetting, and got errors saying they can't find data for wife's account. Tried resetting hers, vice versa. Deleted all updates, an tried from scratch, still doesn't work. Plus, it not has a login for an account number that I don't have at Chase.

What happened? Use to work perfectly.

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. In regard to the accounts that will not download, what are their account types? When did you first notice this issue? After a recent update? Do you receive any error codes or messages when attempting to add the accounts?
