Combing accounts?
Hello. I made a mistake when I was originally setting up. I thought it would be easier to make a Money Mkt Fund an account so that is the way I set it up-separate from an account from that fund family (vanguard) which also contains multiple mutual funds (appropriately). So now I want to try to place that MMF in the Vanguard "account" in quicken so that it is listed along with all of the other Mutual Funds from that family. Is that possible? None of these are linked to the actual online vanguard accts, all data was entered manually.
Thanks

Hello @Scalpel1,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Yes, you should be able to move the transactions. You should be able to drag and drop the transactions from the account they are currently in to the account you need to move them to.
Thank you.

OK. I guess I was trying to Drag/Drop the entire account from one onto the other. What I should probably do is the establish a MMF in the vanguard quicken "account" and then Drag/Drop the transactions?

Thank you for your reply,
Yes, you would first backup your file (so that if anything goes wrong, you have a backup to revert to), then drag/drop the transactions.
Thank you.
