Quicken not downloading transaction since March

Quicken contact Schwab, says that it updates information and that there are no new transactions and the holdings are updated as of 3/30/23 - the only problem is it is now July. I tried going back to an earlier back-up, but it makes no difference. All other accounts work just fine.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. To further assist, we do need more information. Do you download Schwab accounts from just one User ID into Quicken, or do you download from more than one User ID? When you update your accounts, do you do everything all at once through One Step Update, or do you do one at a time by going to the action gear at the upper right corner of the register and selecting update now?

    Do you have Cloud Sync enabled? You can check by going to Edit>Preferences>Mobile & Web.

    If you have cloud sync on, do you also perform the cloud sync while running One Step Update (it would be a checkbox on the One Step Update settings screen)?
