Error with credit score; error reporting error.

  1. In the attached screen capture: age of credit shows "undefined" twice, and "good" where it should show "excellent". 2 accounts; one 26Y 8mo, second 1Y 6mo. Avg 14Y 1mo. Apparently it doesn't like large numbers.
  2. Attempt to report this from Quicken. No screenshot or text files selected, but included same screen capture. Get "Unable to send report to Quicken, Please try again". a) should not get this error b) does not save for retry. c) reproduces if I try again.

    Thank you for the update. Although the alert is dated yesterday, this is a long-standing issue previously reported from within Quicken.

    Note that the second issue - not being able to report the problem from within Quicken, and not saving a problem report on failure to transmit - is not addressed by the referenced Alert.
