Quicken updates do not automatically execute successfully

For the past two years I have been unable to have Quicken updates automatically execute successfully. I have called the Quicken support team on two occasions and their successions didn't work when the next update was attempted. To update my Quicken software over that period, I have manually updated my Quicken software by using the Mondo Patch periodically. How can I fix this issue?

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. When did you first notice this issue? After a recent update? If so, which update? Do you receive any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs when updating your application? What are the exact steps that you take? Do you have any settings or preferences in place in regard to Quicken updates?
