Credit Score

My quicken credit score has stayed the same for over a year, which is not accurate. It appears to update, but the info stays the same. I've read tons of threads on issues with this going back over a year. This should be 10 minute software fix from Quicken's end. What is going (or in this case not going) on?!?!? [Edited - Language]

    Hello @mvruger,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. The credit report/score information is provided by Equifax and should update quarterly. If the information you're seeing is incorrect, I would recommend reaching out to Equifax.

    Thank you.

@mvruger When you go into the credit report by clicking on your credit score on Quicken, does it show a date it was last updated and the next update date? If the dates are current I think its working. My credit score and information changes very little if at all at each update.
