Bank of America can't connect - "We couldn't get information about Bank of America..."

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Recently my Bank of America transaction downloads stopped working. I removed online services and now can't add back BofA. When I try to set up online services (Activate One Step Update), I receive a message:
Any ideas?

I fixed this. It ended up that my Netgear router was blocking this somehow. I went to my router settings and it automatically made some changes that solved the problem.
