how do i download Sams Club mastercard transactions?

I have a Soms Club mastercard and it will not allow me to add it for downloading transactions. The screen to add says "do not add to quicken". Tried several times. It was working but stopped working properly about a month ago.

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with Sams Club? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. When did you first notice this issue? After a recent update? If so, which update? Do you receive any error codes or messages?
