Barclaycard not allowing me to add it

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭

I am trying to add Barclaycard but I keep getting an a cc-509 error that Barclay wants me to go to the website and change my password before adding. I did this but it still won't let me add to Quicken. Here's a screenshot.

I'm on Windows 11, Quicken version R51.10.

    To clarify; are you trying to reactivate an account from Barclays that was already set up in Quicken, or trying to add it as a new account to Quicken?

    Could you please provide which instance in our financial institution list you are using to connect to Barclays? Also, since there are a few different instances listed, can you please try another instance and see if you receive the same or different result while trying to connect?
