Can't download bank transactions OL-293-A error

Just after update I can no longer download my bank's transactions. I get OL-293-A error. I called my bank and they say there is no problem on their end. My credit card transactions did download with no problem. Any suggestions??

    so I did all that and it didnt resolve the issue. I then deleted both the accounts from BNH in Quicken and then tried to add them as new accounts and got an error message OL-293-A when I tried to connect with BNH again. So now what?

    Thank you for confirming you have already tried the steps, though I'm sorry to hear that the error persists.

    As stated at the bottom of the article, if the issue persists, then you will need to contact the financial institution for further assistance:
    "You will need to contact your financial institution for assistance. Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to be able to correct the problem. This may require you request to speak with an online services specialist that handles transaction download issues at the financial institution. If your financial institution states they can't assist, an escalation with them may be necessary."
