UPDATE - 8/24 12:00 pm ct. I just spent 1 1/2 hours speaking with a Quicken programmer. He thinks the Beta program is the cause of all my issues I've been having in the month of August. It's been an absolute nightmare, starting with the issue with my subscription, I outlined for Quicken Bree on July 27th. My issues started with installing the Quicken Beta Program on 7/18.
I am currently waiting for Quicken Beta to remove me from their program so the programmer I am working with can continue with investigating my issues with Quicken.

@Quicken Kristina - please remove the "Answered" status on this post. It has not been resolved and is still an ongoing issue being worked on by Quicken programmers.
