Addition Financial - trouble downloading transactions (edit)

I had it working for 1 download, then all of a sudden it didnt download any new transactions. I deactivated the transaction download and attempted to reactivate it, now it doesnt even find my accounts. Any suggestions? The frustration with Addition has been going on for months.

    I was finally able to activate the one step download. It took many tries over several days.
