I have a dump file I can share of Quicken crashing when I try to add 'Wells Fargo' as an online biller. It is preventing me from adding the bank as an online biller to at least get statements.

To get this ball rolling you need to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
