recording a RMD

Trying to figure how how to record all sides of a RMD transaction. Since the funds are in one account and involve the sale of an investment product, how do you record the sale and transfer out to another account since neither of those allow you record the transaction against an income category. Sold and Xout only allow memo entries. ??? Any help would be appreciated!
