It works on one loan, but not another. Both are offline.
Extremely frustrating as this seems to be a long running issue in the discussions. Who's managing this product and allowing basic functionality to be broken and not resolved? Quicken seems to be going downhill. [Removed - Solicitation]

How is the What if Tool failing to work? What is it doing in one loan that it is not doing in the other? When did the issue first start? Do you recall which version of Quicken you were using when the issue started?

What are the loan types? This info should show in Loan Details. Also when we’re the two loans created in Quicken?
